Detailed Itinerary
Day 1:
Arrive Cairo
Arrival at Cairo International Airport
Meet and assist by Representative
Transfer by Coach / Bus and overnight at Hotel
Day 2: Giza Tour
Full-day outing to Sakkara and Memphis, followed by a visit to
the most famous wonderland in the whole world - the Great
Pyramids and the Sphinx. Overnight
in Cairo Hotel.
Day 3: Cairo/Dahab
After breakfast, you will get a transfer to the bus station to
catch the early morning bus to Dahab. Arrive at the bus station.
Meet and transfer to the
campsite for check-in. Free evening at leisure and overnight in
Dahab hotel.
Day 4: Dahab
Today, you'll be met and introduced to your dive instructor to
check your medical fitness documents and to go over the plan of
your course. Free evening at
leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 5: Dahab/Open Water PADI diving
course
Classroom session, going over the theoretical exercises,
followed by shallow water practical lessons. Free evening at
leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 6: Dahab/Open Water PADI diving
course
Classroom session, going over the theoretical exercises,
followed by shallow water practical lessons. Free evening at
leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 7: Dahab/Open Water PADI diving
course
Time to start practicing and applying your earlier lessons,
whilst diving in the open shallow water off the beach. Free
evening at leisure and overnight in
Dahab hotel.
Day 8: Dahab/Open Water PADI diving
course
Time for your first open water dive in the sea, getting you just
one step away, before being a qualified PADI SCUBA diver. Free
evening at leisure and
overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 9: Dahab/Open Water PADI diving
course
Today, your adventurous diving course will be crowned by your
PADI SCUBA DIVER Certification. Free day to explore the Red Sea
underwater world with a couple
of extra dives to deepen your diving skills or just relax, while
tanning your skin with the warm sunshine of Sinai. overnight in
Dahab hotel.
Day 10: Depart Dahab/Cairo
You have a free morning to relax. In the afternoon, we catch the
bus back to Cairo. Arrive at Cairo bus station. Meet and
transfer to the hotel for check-in
and overnight.
Day 11: Cairo/City Tour
First to the Egyptian Museum where most of the fabulous
treasures of the Pharaohs are kept. Then we drive to the Citadel
-- home to Egyptian rulers for
nearly 700 years. Later, we explore many attractions in the old
Coptic area including the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue
(the Jewish Temple). In the
evening, we will embark on a Nile River Steamer for an open
buffet dinner accompanied by a folkloric Sufi ("whirling
dervish") and belly-dancing show.
Overnight in Cairo hotel.
Day 12: Depart Cairo
After breakfast/Free day. Transfer to Cairo International
Airport.
Tour Includes:
1- Transfers from/to the airport.
2- All fully-guided
tours around Cairo and Giza (as per the itinerary) in
air-conditioned buses.
3- English-speaking
tour guides and local leaders throughout your program.
4- Round-trip bus
tickets from Cairo/Dahab and Dahab/Cairo on an air-conditioned
buses with reclining seats.
5- All
accommodations in 3-star hotels in Cairo and Dahab. All rooms
have a private bath, air-conditioning, TV, and include
breakfast.
6- Five-day PADI
Open Water Course for beginners, including all equipments and
the certified license.
7- In Cairo, a Nile
Dinner Cruise on a 5-star ship. Delight in an open buffet style
dinner while enjoying the Sufi ("whirling dervish") and belly
dancing show.
8- All transfer and
pick-up services.
9- All service
charges and taxes.
Tour Excludes:
1- Entrance fees of the sites. We do not charge in advance for
site entrance fees to add flexibility to your program as you may
choose to skip one or more sites
depending upon your interests.
2- Drinks, tips and
any other items of a personal nature.
Notes:
1- All of our tours can start on any day, however confirmation
in advance is still highly recommended.
2- All of our tours
can be customized to fit your time, budget, and interests.
Optional :
1- Day trips and activities (Add-Ons) are available upon request
and include the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids, Camel trip,
shopping at the Khan El-Khalily Market, an excursion to
Alexandria, and much more.
2- All day trips
leave in small groups and are accompanied by a professional tour
guide.
3- There are no time
constraints for any of the day trips. The time spent depends
only upon our guests' desires and the official opening/closing
times of the
sites.
4- Additional
accommodation nights can be arranged upon request.
5- Fitness
certification from your doctor is required to take the course
